How to improve vertical leap using the Plyometric Training Shoes as shown on Seinfeld (funny episode btw :)).
According to Kramer they "isolate the muscles, the muscles have to grow or die"
If you don't believe such shoes really exist then check this site:
The Katapult Shoes are marketed as "The most advanced Plyometric Training Shoe"
The website states that they will:
- Increase vertical jump 5 - 10 inches
- lower 40 yd Dash by 2/10ths
- Increase reactive strength, jumping skill and coordination
- Increase Fast Twitch Muscles Fibers
- Increase Calf Mass and Definition
- Increase Range Motion
If it all sounds too good to be true then it probably is. This isn't going to happen overnight just by buying a pair. You not only need to wear them when training, there are specific exercises you need to do while wearing them.
