If you want to increase your basketball vertical jump then I'd advise that you probably want to avoid this exercise: Ouch!

White men can't jump, but apparently bulls can!
A bull leapt into the stands at an arena in northern Spain and injuring 30 people:
I wonder whether this bull was secretly doing a plyometrics workout to achieve such a vertical jump? lol
Unfortunately the bull was put down after the incident which I think is a bit unfair.

The website states that they will:
- Increase vertical jump 5 - 10 inches
- lower 40 yd Dash by 2/10ths
- Increase reactive strength, jumping skill and coordination
- Increase Fast Twitch Muscles Fibers
- Increase Calf Mass and Definition
- Increase Range Motion
If it all sounds too good to be true then it probably is. This isn't going to happen overnight just by buying a pair. You not only need to wear them when training, there are specific exercises you need to do while wearing them.
